Absolutely, we have experienced expertise to develop new mold for you. Artworks or samples are needed for this.

In Stock Items
1. What is your MOQ for in-stock items?
Normally, MOQ for in-stock items starts from one carton per item. Carton quantity vary by items. (Roughly 100-500pcs)
2. What is your shipping terms?
For sample orders, we use FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT. For volume orders, we arrange shipment by sea or air.
3. If any defective products, what can you do for us?
We'll supplement them at next delivery free of charge or as you require. Any man-made damage is not listed in our FOC service.

1. What is your MOQ for custom items?
Normally starts from 5000pcs per item, but varies based on materials used.
2. Will you protect our project design and idea?
Absolutely yes, we'll keep your information confidential, whatever you work with us or not.
3. What are the specifications required for submitted artwork?
Artwork should be subimitted in either .eps, .ai or .pdf format with all text outlined. All pantone colors must be specified and black must be 100% black, not 4-color black.

Yes, normally air for small-batch orders, and freight for volume orders. Appointed carriers are acceptable.
2. Can we use our own shipping account?
Yes, please provide your account representitive with your account number.
3. How do I know the updated information of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from express, and your account representitive will provide you the tracking information.
4. What if I'm not satisfied with goods received?
If any defects without man-made, please send samples to us to evaluate. We accept refund if our responsibility.
